Hey all Combat Gold, Fight Team, Combat Athletes and competition team. The closed door sessions that we were going to hold during the holiday season have been cancelled because the December 8, 2007 mma event has been rescheduled for Feb. So lets get some rest and be ready for next week.
Please do your bodyweight circuits, super leg sets and everyone that should be running will be texted this weekends running workout.

People have watched Amie compete since she was a kid, against boys, girls, women and men. It didn’t matter she stepped up against all comers and all of her hard work paid off with Amie getting The Purple Belt

Team Lloyd Irvin had a bunch of promotions on Monday night. And boy was it a hard test. You had to see it to believe it. Talk about RUFF!!!!

First up, BIG MARK. Mark has been on a tear as a white belt and the white belts can sleep at night now
After over 100+ submissions as a blue belt Ryan Hall will now set out to make his mark in the purple belt ranks.
After going to Brazil and winning the Bronze medal Nyajh Easton got the well deserved and earned Purple Belt
How time flies, Mike Easton was just a white belt not to long ago and this year he went out and got the silver medal in the Pan American Championships as a purple belt and tore it up in Brazil. Mike gets the very hard to get Brown Belt from Master Lloyd
And last but not least Master Donnie moves to the ranks of brown belt. Just one more belt to reach The Black Belt

A Big congrats goes out to Derek for his first MMA Fight representing Team Lloyd Irvin. Derek did his circuits three times a week, did his technical work, his Muay Thai, his jiu jitsu, boxing and wrestling training without fail.
